I agree, i was a pot smoker befor i had kids and i never did other drugs nor did i want to, gateway is a state of mind imo. I would much rather be around a person stoned than drunk anyday. I do wished they made it legal to grow your own, just dumb to regulate such a good plant.

I believe the government already has that power, my family member got CPS called on them and had to submit to a drug test right off the bat when the investigation was going on.

How so? If i am not seeking assistance i have no need to be tested and if i am then i will pass their test, no different than passing one for my job IMO. I have a family member with children and on drugs and recieving assistance so i know what goes on with some folks on assistance.

If they need the governments help then yes IMO they should submit to a test. heck i have to give my finger print just to get a drives license renewed and i ain't never even seen the inside of a jail , but i don't have a problem with it it is what it is and i either do it or no license.

I think they should do a hair test for the simple fact that some drugs will be out of the system in a couple days with the exception of marijuana and a test can easily be past if you know you have to take one. A hair test will show how often,how much and ya can't fool them no matter what people...
