I've always thought Black Stars are gorgeous, but I only have the Reds. They are friendly, good layers, and pretty too!

Red Sex Link females are almost all red/brown, and males are almost all white.

So if your RSL's are all "red" then you definitely have all pullets. (That's the whole point, there is no chance of confusion).

Welcome to BYC. Glad you decided to join our flock. I love sex link chickens. I raised both the Black and Red Sex Links for years (along with dozens of other breeds and hybrids), and they have been my best layers consistently churning out more than 300 large, brown eggs per hen per year. The Black Sex Links (pictured below) are my favorite hens as they are very friendly and hardy, egg laying machines. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have.
