Vent gleet does not go away

Thanks so much for the info.

How will I know it is not Yeast infection?
Also if it is Yeast infection what dosage of fluconazole OTC or CanesOral should I give to the chicken?

Regards
Kaz
This is the dosing info I have on it:

Someone here on BYC gave it to their goose and I think the dose was 20mg/kg once a day. You'll have to weigh your bird and figure out how much to give.

Hi,

I have ben giving her Nestatin (2 ml) twice a day for the last 7 days. The leakage from her vent is the same but her droppings look normal now and her gleet is a little less smelly.

I have been told that I need to give her Nestatin for 7 to 10 days. Almost 1 ml for a lbs wait. She is around 1.6 lb and I am already giving her 2 ml.

As Kathy said it could be other issues and not Yeast. Hard to tell. Not sure what the next step is. I have posted a picture of her condition. Sorry for the ugly picture I have posted.
