Help! Egg bound hen!

Please update us again on how she is doing, and if the egg passes.
She still has the egg inside of her! She is still acting normal (meaning she still eats, drinks, forages, and takes dust baths). Could it possibly be a tumor? Her rear smells terrible even after I cleaned it.

It could be a tumor or an egg that has become so large that she can't pass it, and perhaps has become infected. It's hard to imagine that she is still alive. If a vet is possible I would take her in.

I'm not sure. Many times the only way to know exactly what was wrong is to do a necropsy after death. Can you see anything around the vent to take a picture of?

I have ground up a whole calcium pill and add a. Little water use the syringe give it all by mouth
