I'm having an issue with my chickens. I noticed today that one chickens vent was bleeding very bad and she wasn't moving. Her vent was wide open and I could see inside of her. There was white liquid(I'm assuming feces) coming out. It did look as though maybe the other chickens were picking at it. She was breathing heavily(hot day), mouth open. She was very week, a few times just laying her head on the ground. I cleaned the vent area with water, a wound cleanser and put bacitracin on the affected area. Took her in my basement and let her be. Her mouth is closed, the heavy breathing has stopped, but she hasn't eaten or drank, or pooped. But it is seeping. I don't know what to do, but I don't want her to suffer.
Another chicken had blood on her egg, so I checked her out. Looks like some diarhea, and when I tilted her forward, water came out of her mouth. Is that abnormal?

Welcome to BYC. That looks like she was vent pecked pretty severely by the other chickens. The vent looks damaged. Can you take her to a vet? Put pressure on the tissue that is bleeding for several minutes. If that doesn't stop it, try some flour, corn starch, or blood stop powder. I'm not sure that she can survive this, but clean her vent area daily, and apply the ointment twice a day. Chickens sometimes will cannibalize one another if they are too crowded, getting less than 16% protein feed, or are bored. Some can be more aggressive, so I would observe there behavior by sitting with them daily, and separate any bullies.

Thank you. They have plenty of room, 13 of them share an 8'x10' coop and have a 25'x25' fenced in area during the day. I haven't noticed any real aggressive behavior, but it's obvious they damaged her vent. She seems to be ok for the moment, she is separated and I will keep the area as clean as possible. She doesn't seem to have much of an appetite at the moment, which concerns me.
Thank you for the welcome, and for the advice. I'm fairly new to keeping chickens, have had these girls for a little over a year.

Thanks again for the advice. Unfortunately she didn't make it through the night.
In regards to the second question about water coming out of a chickens mouth when tilted forward, is that unusual?
