Skin problem

Please help!! I have a poorly Peking bantam hen, I noticed she has been walking around very stiffly more so than usual as she has a club foot!....So I picked her up today and looked under her feathers along her back and found big hard dry lumps scattered along her skin?? Please help I don't know what it is and how to treat her??

How old is your chicken? Was she vaccinated for Mareks disease? She could possibly have Mareks disease which can cause skin tumors and lameness, but I would first look at other possibilities such as a skin infection from mites, lice, injuries, or pecking. Also with her leg she may have a vitamin deficiency (riboflavin or other) or she may have injured the leg. I would start some poultry vitamins in the food or water now as soon as possible, and make sure that she can get to her food and water. In case of mites, look her over, and dust her with Permethrin garden dust once and again in 5-7 days. Here are a few links to read about Mareks and riboflavin deficiency:

I am new to this chicken stuff maybe 2 yrs in and separate my roosters from the hens and seen this on 2 of my roosters???? Looks bad Not sure what it could be or why it happened..... Any ideas ???? I do know most of the roosters Always Try To Hide From The Alpha Rooster, even thought he don't hurt them he keeps the peace....
