Garlic-y bits in droppings

Let me start by saying I'm familiar with Wazine 17, and Zimecterin Gold, and have used both in the past. Both worked.

For a week, I've been noticing small off-white/light brownish garlic looking pieces in droppings {see photos}. All three of my girls are very active, eat, drink, w/ no sign of feeling sick. So, before dosing them, I'm just wondering what else this could
be. Crumbles, or those little rounds things from leaves? Thanks in advance for the help.

Their Diet:
Drinking Water (always avail... And 2 big dishes for cooling off (water changed daily), Organic Crumbles (always avail), oyster shells (always avail), tomatoes, cucumbers, red grapes, carrots, kale, spinach, dill, cilantro, ACV in drinking water (often) , -OR-electrolytes in drinking water (often in heat), cabbage, apple (NO SEEDS), cooked rice, organic oats (cooked), broccoli (cooked), almond milk organic yogurt for probiotics (frequent-NOT daily, (occasionally organic dairy yogurt), raspberry, blueberry, garlic in water (every few weeks), corn (cooked), wheat grass. And a few other things. I feed them most of these items frequently as in 4-5 times a week.

Thanks again! Happy Monday.

Maybe try just *layer* crumble? I see lots of undigested food in those poops and your list contains many things I would not feed mine.

Btw- the one sample that looks smashed a bit was from me investigating with a twig.

Many things you would not feed yours. What and why? My Buff Orp Loretta is 5 y/o so I'm doing something right.
Thanks

I am on my phone so even your close ups don't help much, but what I can see is not what I expected.

What do you think?
Here are two more:

Not sure what to think which is why I thought it might be good to feed nothing but crumbles for a few days.

Quote: I have to run to the feed store, but I'll explain more when I get back. Something I read recently was that treats are fine as long as they are not more than 10% of the diet, the other 90% should be crumbles.

While I'm gone, google spinach for birds and you will see that it might not be a good idea to feed it. Like you, I thought it was a good thing to feed them, but a quick search proved me wrong. Many thanks to @ronott1 for sending me on that search!

Also read that some birds might be sensitive to the acid levels in raw tomatoes and that they could cause ulcers of the digestive tract. Too bad, 'cause mine all love them and I have a garden full of cherry tomato plants.
