We bought and took one day to put it together. I like the finished product. I like the prefab pieces. I recommend that you get one if you are keeping 12 chickens or less, even though the ad suggested 12-15 could fit.
What I didn't like was that the holes were definitely NOT predrilled. If you buy one I SUGGEST that you take one of the package partial 2 x 4's, and find the right drill bit to fit the holes and still be able to successfully screw them in tightly before you start. We finally found the fight drill bit, after breaking two in the wood below the surface. There are still 4 screws that were stripped by the electric screwdriver, that I cannot manually screw all of the way in. We ruined 3 screwdriver heads that have to be replaced, on this project. If you don't build, you just realize that if you use too large a drill bit, the screws won't grip. Here are some pictures. =D

The building is 7 ft wide and 4 ft deep.
The 2 x 4 roosts fit into precut slots. We put a piece of vinyl flooring in on the bottom. It was a little short on the sides, but I will be taping them down with gorilla tape and cutting 1 x 4's to put against the inside perimeter. This is ALWAYS the best these coops are gonna look, before the birds get to them!
One more thing, I will be keeping 7 layers this winter and they will have enough roost space. If I keep 12 birds, I may build one additional freestanding roost, not quite as long, to put in the middle so that every bird has enough space. We'll watch and see how they handle these 7 ft. long roosts. I am GLAD that it's done! Now to purchase the netting. I'm happy for advice, bc I can't seem to find anything but too small or way too large available. We already have 24'+ dog chain link fencing, one with a gate, so that's set. =D

Nice coop! I wouldn't worry about adding another roosting bar for the winter though. I had 9 LF hens with 2 six foot roosting bars and during the winter months they all snuggled so close on 1 bar only taking up about 4 to 5 feet of 1 roosting bar.
