How to feed all different ages in one flock?

I have a flock of mixed ages:

1 BLR Wyandotte (pullet) - 21 weeks old
3 Barnevelders (two cockerels, one pullet) - 15 weeks old
1 SL Wyandotte (pullet) - 6 weeks old

How do I feed them to make sure everyone is getting what they need?

No eggs yet from the BLR. Everyone is on starter/grower 19% right now and we have an auto pvc feeder.

When does the BLR need layer feed? Will she even lay now that fall is upon us and the days are getting shorter? Should she be on layer through the winter even if she isn't laying? Is it ok to feed layer to roosters? How do I make sure the little ones are getting what they need?

I would continue to feed the grower, non medicated, or switch to an all flock type ration, offering grit and oyster shells on the side, you hens will lay through the first winter and will quit to molt next fall.

X2

Your chick will be OK on an all flock.

If you have the feed left and are just wanting to feed until its gone, you can try to make an area that only the 6 week old can get to (a milk crate with a chick size hole works) and feed it in there until the chick feed is gone. ;)

x3. Continue feeding your starter/grower to everyone, and offer oyster shell free-choice in a separate dish. As your older girls come into lay, they'll start eating the oyster shell.

Once you finish your current bag of 19%, see if you can find a starter/grower with a little less protein: 16-18% is ideal for all chicks 8 weeks and up.

Hope that helps!

Ok, thank you everyone for the great advice! I will continue to feed grower until everyone is laying age and make sure there is oyster shell available.
