Thick snotty like liquid from beak, bad smell, wilted comb, lethargic

My NHR rooster is not crowing, he has liquid driping from beak yesterday that today is thick and snotty like, he has that nasty dog ear smell and is just standing around dozing off, his comb looks kinda wilted over and I havent noticed him eating but he did squirt a blob of butter colored poop that was pudding consistancy. I pulled him away from the other birds and have only put out yougurt and water like I read on here some folks said to do. He did look swolen in the chest/neck area but it was not hard or felt like anything was in there but I could feel his breast bone. I have not had chickens before and this has me really worried now. I appreciate any advice. I did try the massage but nothing came up.
