Pullets or cockerals

I am looking for help sexing my 7-8 week old chicks. The one I really question is the one pecking in the empty bowl.
He is lighter in color and has a really long neck. He also tends to strut around the pen.

The one to the left also pecking has lighter color and question that one as well. The others are all darker in color.

Really the only one that I can say for certain is a pullet is the one at the back centre. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will tell you that some of the others are as well!

In the first picture the who is eating out of the bowl and the one behind if look like cockerels. Can you get individual pictures? It will be a lot easier to tell what the rest are.
