Mixing my own feed

I'm new to chickens so I had a question about making my own feed. I have read a lot but everyone seems to have their own version of the right mix. I get bags of things like oats and seeds and different things free from work sometimes (when the forklift driver doesn't watch where he's going. He punched a hole though a pallet of corn grits and rolled oats). So my question is, what ratio would I mix this stuff at and is the anything I need to add to it to make its nutritionally complete. Here is what I have

Bulgar wheat
Pearled barley
Oat bran
Rolled oats
Red wheat
Chia seeds
Corn grits
Pumpkin seeds, coarse ground
Flax seed meal

Any help would be much appreciated!

Just some suggestions cause WE are what we eat....
So are chickens.....
start your own millworms.... plus catch bugs with traps and pick them off your screen door at night.... with the light on...
I personally would NOT trust the CORN cause, most of it is GMO...
. only kind that is mostly not ,LAST I heard was "pop corn" but I am sure MonSANTO is working on that..
Plus let them out to roam some esp right before bed... to eat Natural grasses and Bugs etc....
Course mine ,also find peeling paint chips and I try not to let them near"foam products" like what is insulating between their siding on the coop and insides of the coop etc...I try to pick up every scrap of foam et....

I let them out to free range the yard when I can. I live in a suburban neighborhood so there's not a lot of space for them to forage, though my yard is fairly large. I don't really want to GMOs in their food and have been in the process of eliminating them from my household. Easier said than done though with how much of the stuff you can buy is GMO. I was mostly wondering if the things I listed could be mixed into a decent feed with a couple additional ingredients. Like I said, it was all free from work and I wasn't about to pass up 400lbs of barley that was free and just going to be thrown out. I would like to someday have a homestead and grow all my own feed but at this point all I can do is garden a little and give them what I can. They do have a good sized run that is covered in wood chips that have been there for a few years I think (just bought the house so I can't be sure how long). They love scratching through those. I also give them kitchen scraps. So far I haven't found an affordable non GMO organic feed. I just want to use up what I have for now.
