I'm in the process of integrating one SLW and two Ameracaunas (all 22 week olds) with 3 - 3 yr old Golden Sex Links. The GSL's pick on my poor Wyandotte relentlessly. Last night I realized her comb had been pecked, the top tip is dark and separated from her skin.

They don't seem to bother the other two. My thinking is because they look like them, and my Wyandotte is black and white.

Any thoughts on my theory and on what to do?

I forgot this bit of background. I have had the new ones inside the coop but sectioned off with a fence for about 3 weeks. When i let them out, they are all out in "their" yard, or in "our yard". So it's not like they are new to the existing flock. I just have mean girls!!

It takes times for things to settle down...can be weeks.
And there will always be a 'low bird' that gets picked on by one or all,
And there can often be a very mean bird who brutalizes other birds even to injury.

Post a pic of the damaged comb.

These are selfies of us LOL i hope you can see it. The dark part flaps because it is separated from her scalp. I'll try to keep an eye on who's bullying her and if it's the same GLS should I separate her?

Just keep an eye on it for infection, but they heal up remarkably well with no intervention.

If GSL keeps drawing serious bloody body parts, I would separate her....but it's best to let them work it out.
