Help identifying chick

this is just a few of my silkies
 
Was a chick my sitting hen brooded before she was killed it looked like it's mother is a black sex link but only roosters I had was a Cochin and two large roosters meat birds all gone now just can't figure out why it's feathers are so out of wack is there a problem with it?

If the chick has feathered legs, than the Cochin was the father. And the broody might not have been the biological mother. I've had chicks with feathers like that. Nobody really knows why some chicks grow in feathers like that, but usually, they molt out and are replaced by normal feathers. I've hatched a few that grew in feathers like that.
 
No I know the brood mom was a white hen but egg mom was a black sex Link and papa must have been the Cochin just never seen feathers stick out like that
