Spots on comb and rattling sound

I've got 3 Roos I keep in my yard for bug control and now they are acting sick they have spots on their comb and not walking around to good

My first thought is fowl pox. A pic of their combs would be great though, just to make sure.

I've used vet rx and antibiotics in water for the last 2 days one has died what else can I do ? I do have penicillin but I've never used it

I didn't put the vet rx in water just the antibiotic
