too many roosters for too few hens... what do i do?

It is near impossible to add adult hens to an established flock

Can't say I can relate to that, I have added several mature hens to my flock, it takes time for them to fully integrate and they keep their distance for awhile, but I have not had any real issues... I just slip them in at night, and come morning the other birds are certainly curious about the new arrival but not overly aggressive or anything... Within a month or so they are generally fully integrated...

I believe a big part of it the fact my coop is so large that the birds all have plenty of their own space... I keep standard sized chickens, bantam chickens, guinea fowl and peafowl all in the same coop and they all get along pretty well...

Thankyou for your input. However , I don't really have the money to order pullets right now. Anyways, I will just give away/sell the roos. I don't have a problem letting them go when they're young.

Don't know where your located, you would have to get together a batch of eggs, incubate for 21 days, 8-12 weeks to feather puts you at around December, so depends, are you here in Wisconsin with me where it's too late, or are you in the south.

I live in Arkansas. I have already got 40 eggs in the incubator, they are on day 4.

Funny, you knew what you were doing, good luck.
Haha, yep, i've been planning it for a while... So, if I make some saddles for the hens, and add a couple of red sex links to the bunch while the chicks are growing do you think the 6 hens will be ok with the 2 roosters for now? I will move one out if needed, I don't want to be cruel. However, if i can make this do for now that would be best.

I would only use saddles if you are seeing any wearing on the backs, they can interfere with dust bathing properly and can let mites get out of control, though I think you already know what you are going to do, lol.
