So my tiny serama girl has disappeared. I dont worry until late at night when everyone comes in at night, and yesterday I couldnt find her. we live on 4 acres next to another 4 acres of woods.
Im very optimistic she's alive. She was broody all of last month, put on weight this month, and im assuming she went broody again.
I really want to bring her home and put her on fertile eggs but I cant find her!
I've read a couple things, like waiting for her (im sitting outside as I write this), looking for her, (I found a hidden clutch of eggs last week and collected them. Bad idea because she must have another secret clutch).
Any ideas on how to find her? She has a close sister in the flock, and a protective rooster (her eggs are likely infertile as she hates him terribly & never have been).
Will she come back for food or water? Will my flock or rooster check on her where I can follow them?
Any help is greatly appreciated!!

And for reference of what im working with, here's her sister I found laying an egg on her secret clutch. Where's Waldo?

Its likely she come back for food and water when that will be is anyones guess. I dont know if they will go check on her but maybe some one else will know.

Thank you for your help! I hope I see her soon since those eggs are probably not gonna hatch she may be there for a long time :/
