Year old hens not laying

The coop is a bit on the small side. The general guidelines for coop size is 4 sq ft for each medium sized bird (Leghorn). Larger breeds, like most dual purpose breeds need about 5 sq ft each. They will need even more coop space if there isn't a spot in the run for them to get out of the weather during winter. They just might be a bit more sensitive and stress easier than the others. I have one Easter Egger that hardly ever lays. The slightest bit of change, and she stops.

I don't have just LF. Half are mixed bantams and silkies. The guineas sleep on top of the coop and my ducks all have their own 6x6 coop in the same area.
