I'm starting this to have a little fun, show off some chicks, and identify breeds. =)
I'm newer to chickens but learning quickly! I ordered a Crested Special from Ideal and trying to figure out which is which. Here are the possible breeds included.
Crevecoeurs, Mottled Houdans, Sultans and Black Crested White, Buff Laced, Golden Laced, Silver Laced, White Crested Blue Polish and White Crested Black Polish.
Going to take a wild guess that I don't have any white crested blue polish(as none resemble my blue/black/splash cochin chicks) but correct me if I'm wrong. So heres a few group pictures to get you started, will post more individual ones later today.
