My Duckling Got Red Skin Near its neck (pics) Is it a disease ?

I have a duckling and it got the red skin around its neck only at one side (right side near and below its neck) . Following are some pictures of that area of duckling... Age of my duckling is about 2 weeks.
It is more red than looking in the picture.
Is it a disease ?

No it's a tint in the ducklings coloring or just a place where the fuzz is then, I can't tell in the pic, what type of duckling is it? Or it could just be skin, is this one of the first ducklings you've raised or second, I mean it's just an accusation not calling u out or anything, ducklings skin colors, actual skin colors are different, like the ducklings feathers where it's yellow is a different shade then where it's blue

And also it's a duckling, you don't have to hold it like that, it's not going to turn on you and run away, u can be way more gentle and u don't have to use gloves, ur not going to get sick from touching it

I don't know what is the type of this duckling , but I have its Pictures which I am posting in this post clearly.....
more is that , in above pictures which I posted earlier the duckling skin is red and hair are black and grey , but the skin on all the other parts of its body is white , only this part is red.

Oh the baby is fine and cute as a button, the skin can get red from him sleeping and how he is positioned, he's so cute! Looks kind of like annindian runner but I'm not 100% sure, what other parts of the body are exposed ? The body is covered in such cute fluff XD is he your only duckling?

No I have four ducklings... Only this part of my duckling seems red , when he eats more its can be seen clearly. The temperature in our country is more than 30 degree centigrade , but I keep them away from air (by fan) , and keep them warm..

The food I give to my ducklings is usually , cucumber , tomatoes and Rice. Here is the picture of my other duckling

Is the duckling scratching this area/ when they begin to lose their baby fluff they are itchy so the duckling maybe scratching here and causing the skin to be red, I don't think it's anything serious..

@Dean321 What youyr feeding your ducklings isn't a balanced diet. and their health is going to suffer for it.. They need to be on a feed that is formulated for poultry do you have stores that carry poultry feed? please buy some for your ducklings they need to have food and water 24/7 right now and until they are at least 6 weeks old after that they can go through the night with out eating and drinking. Duckling can get all kinds of health problems from not getting adequate nutrition like neurological problems to weak legs so feed is very important. I'll get you a link on caring for ducklings.. That sure is an adorable duckling
