Is the polish a hen or a roo?

Hard to tell from this angle, nest to see it from a side shot. If I were to give you a guess I pretty sure it's a rooster. And what age is it.
Chickens, muscovy ducks, turkeys, donkeys , goats, dogs, fish, parakeets, a parrot, and a cat.

Chickens and dogs are healing to the soul.

I brake for squirrels.

He/she is almost 4 months old...

Usually in the white crested one I've had the females crest is very round and the males are more flowing, I gonna stick with my rooster guess.

I also think cockerel.      The sideview is from too far away to be helpful

With those wild pointed crest feathers (sometimes referred to a the rock star look), I'm also thinking cockerel. Pullets typically have shorter more rounded feathers and a more rounded appearance to their crests.
