What is wrong with this ducks bill? How can I help him?

@casportpony We are moisturizing his bill and it seems like that is really helping it along. Like he had chapped lips and he needing chapstick.

Oh my gosh. I didn't even thing to ask about his leg. That was dumb. Did you find him in a local pond/lake?
