My gut tells me she is a he. Please be gentle.... I am sooo in love with her/him. And - I am unable to keep roos where i live. :(

Have you thought of a No Crow collar if you truly are in love with the bird and can't have the crowing?

You can make one yourself...I've not tried one yet, but I've heard they really do work if you take time to make sure it fits correctly so as to work but not choke.

that makes four out of 7. last time i incubate!
i do have another roo that has cross beak. i am not sure i will be able to find him a home...

i hate the idea of not letting a roo crow. ugh.
however i am not sure i will have any other option.

has anyone tried the "no crow" collar.
