Barred Rock or Dominique?

Barred rocks have single combs, while dominique have rose combs - a little hard for me to see in the pic on the bottom, the top one looks single. There are also differences in the pattern which may be difficult to tell unless you have studied the breeds.
 
The legs look white to me in the pic rather than yellow (maybe it's just my old eyes) and the barring does not look real clean like that of a Barred Rock, so I'm thinking Cuckoo Marans on this one.
 
poor barring and wrong leg color can be attributed to hatchery birds as opposed to breeder stock, something else to take into consideration
