Do they have a time frame?
 
We have a couple things going on:

1) Issues with the browser on some phones and the Google Chrome browser uploading pics: The team is aware and fixing it.
2) Uploading images using the BYC App: Unfortunately we don't have a timeframe on the fix.Please try to use the mobile version of the site on your browser to upload pics. The experience with the site should be the same, with the only difference being the browser version should support the upload fine.
 
I use the mobile version but I also use Chrome and pictures still are not uploading. Both my phone and tablet use Chrome but I can try to bypass Chrome and use Internet Explorer on my tablet, I think, if that would help.
