Five-month-old Buff Orphington hen.  Has not developed comb or wattles and is a little undersized compared to other two from same hatch.

Has an area of hardened poop on her bottom.  I have bathed in Epsom salts and tried to wipe it off, but it is very hard.  Have had to use a q-tip the past couple of days to be sure vent is clear.  I have cut away the features to help keep it dry and clean.  The smell is pretty bad just from one day to next when she gets a bath.

She cries a little when she tries to poop.  We have given Epsom salt drench, have put garlic in her water, Epsom salt in her water, used a little olive oil on the vent to try to keep it soft and open.

Otherwise, she is eating and drinking well.  Has always been a little bit timid, so her demeanor has not changed.

Going to worm her today and use Tetracycline on the advice of an experienced chicken momma I know.  Any other thoughts or ideas??  Thanks in advance...hate to lose her, but don't want her to suffer if she can't be saved.
