I have 13 mallards, I got them in April. I have 5 boys and 8 girls. Yesterday I got 4 new ducks, them seem to be malnourished. I got them from a friend of my neices. The new flock is a boy and a girl mallard, a boy black crested, and a girl that I can't identify. How can I intergrate them into my flock?

Keep them separate for a few weeks, and get them checked out. If they are more than malnourished, they will pass it around to the rest of your flock.

You are also creating a dangerous combination of male and female ducks. You really shouldn't have added any more drakes than you already have. I would reconsider keeping them. There will be fighting, and your females could be at risk of death from over mating. So am I right - I am counting 7 drakes and 10 ducks? That could be really bad. You really should have only one drake for every 3-5 ducks. Please take this warning with seriousness. I've seen too many terrible, heartbreaking outcomes to a flock this unevenly numbered. And welcome to BYC! You are in a good place!
