What's wrong with my Bird?

Hi-
My 1-1/2 year old Black Sex Link has been listless lately and just this afternoon I saw her lay down with her wings out spread on the ground. I saw from a distance her vent looked red and raw but as of yet I have not been able to catch her. I'd say it's Gleet, but the outspread wings has me stumped. Ideas anyone?
