My three year old rooster was fine two days ago and last night I noticed he was laying on the ground instead of roosting with his ladies. I checked him and he seemed fine but I gave him electrolytes just in case he needed aa littleboost. Today he can't walk without spreading his wings and even that won't help he walks and either falls forward or to the right side he is blind on that side but he's been that way for two years the only thing different with the eye now is that it's got bubbles in it. I don't want to loose him! Can someone please tell me what this might be!?

I'm sorry your roo is sick. There are several different possible causes. If you google chicken with bubbly eye, you should find several articles and pictures to better match the symptoms to the cause. Could be upper respiratory, could be coryza, I would isolate him in a warm place with good food and continue searching for a cause. Best of luck and I wish I had a better answer fr you.

Have you added any new birds to your flock recently? Have you ever seen any birds with a respiratory infection in the flock before? Was he vaccinated for Mareks disease? Can you check his feet and legs for swollen joints? Does he have any sore spots or blister on his breast bone from lying down?

No none of that the only new chickens have been born here he's still alive but he's getting worse

I would get some Tylan 50 injectable, and give him 1 ml or cc ORALLY, twice a day for 5 days. Try to get him to drink some fluids or give him some carefully with a dropper. If he doesn't make it, I would send his body (refrigerated) into the state vet for a necropsy to test for Mareks and MG. Here is a link for that: http://www.usaha.org/Portals/6/StateAnimalHealthOfficials.pdf
