Cockerels or pullets?

Op, now I can see in that picture that they have male feather plumage dropping down in the back, they are diffently all roosters. sorry :(
 
I noticed a behavior today but I am it sure if it is unique to hens or roosters. These two faced each other and flaired their neck feathers. Is this something only roosters do?
 
Umm yes and no, hens will do it, but only for a couple seconds. When roosters do it they won't back off, they'll just keep looking at each other, until one backs away and stops the staring competition.
