Helga smiled, then looked at the time. "Oh my, we need to get to class!" She said and started getting ready. At least it was Friday, so the next day they would be able to spend time with Luscious.
"Oh!" Chloe said, quickly putting on her robes and getting ready. "We missed breakfast. Oh well. So whats the first class today? Charms, right?" She said, grabbing her books and heading down the stairs.

Helga nodded as she gathered her stuff and followed. "Yeah, charms is the first class. We may be a little late, I hope the teacher won't be too angry." Helga said.

"Yeah I hope. Oh wait I have to hide Luscious!" She ran back over to the nest and shoved it under her bed. "Okay, lets go." She said, following.
When they arrived at charms the class had barely started, but the teacher still looked at them disapprovingly. "Where in the world were you two?" She asked, and when Helga couldn't think of anything she looked at Chloe for help.

"Uh... My crow's eggs hatched." She said. It wasn't exactly a lie, she was just leaving out... Some stuff. Chloe winked at Helga.

The teacher sighed, "Very well then. But don't be late again or you'll get detention." She said, "Now go get some seats." Helga smiled at Chloe and searched for two seats for them to sit.

"Okay." Chloe smiled back and sat down in a seat she found next to another empty one.

Helga sat down next to her and opened her books.
"Okay class, today we'll be making clear glass red. It won't be difficult, it will be a small piece. If you all have studied, I'm sure you can complete this task." She said and waved her wand. Multiple small crystal clear glass balls appeared on each table in a neat pile.
