Baby quail hurt leg or not? Suggestions?

One of my quail's babies cannot walk upright. She has her chest to the floor and pushes with her legs to drag herself across the floor. I noticed one of her legs is a bit purple and swollen, not sure if that's why she can't walk. I'm not sure how this happened, all her siblings run after mommy and daddy just fine - with the occasional fumbling over one another - so I don't know what to treat her for. Let me know if you need pictures to help solve the problem. Thanks in advance for all help!

Most quail chicks with splayed legs in pictures seem to be doing a split. My little one keeps her legs under her, she just can't stand up properly. Therefore she has to drag herself along the floor. If it were caused by improper flooring, wouldn't the other three chicks be affected? Also, could this be the result of her parents stepping on her and all when they get spooked? If this info helps, I have them on pine shavings.
 
My first thought was actually that it looks like she has a sprain or something like that - I don't think it's entirely unlikely it was caused by the parents stepping on her feet. I hope it's not broken.. I'd just make sure she is warm an comfortable and gets enough food and water for now. If she can't follow her parents properly, all of that might be a problem.
 
People use a bandaid as a brace for their legs. Would this help her to walk and stand? Or does it just shape the legs properly? Like this: spraddle4.jpg (320×240) Also, since bandaids stick really good, how would I take it off of the poor little thing? I just don't want to treat her for the wrong thing, like if the legs are broken or have no circulation I'm putting braces to help her stand. ???

Well then... to avoid further problems the other three can walk okay, one is limping on one foot and tries eating standing on one foot. What should I do about this?

, it looks to me like she had a circulation problem, bruising, sprained or broken legs which could be from the parents stepping on her. Could you post a pic of the one that's limping now?
 
Thanks for the support. They are all eating good and walking fine, I just thought it was a little funky that one was limping. I'll try and post a pic soon.
