mlm,  I always love seeing your working dog photos!

Wonderful family, very understanding husband when it comes to chickens, dogs, birds, one big Golden Retriever, and thankful to the Lord for all!

Not as much as I would like. The goats are typically either pregnant or in milk so my wife worries they'll stress out. The goats usually "escape" once or twice a day, and Moose gathers them and puts them back. He also will hold them in the barn or at a gate. On occasion the quail escape and he finds them all.

There are costume contests in 5k runs? That might be worth checking out sometime.

Sally, grandkids are much more fun than the owner operators! Like renting a car, you can have all the fun in the world with them, and just give em back at the end of the day without the repair or maintenance costs! 😅

Time for me to change the bedding in my brooder now that the kiddos know their food. What are suggestions and experiences with different bedding in your brooder? Are their definite no-no's?
