can courtinix quail live in minus 22 weather?

What type of "acclimation process" might someone undertake, starting with the brooder, and then getting them "acclimated" enough to deal with temps like that--or even just freezing temps in general? My conundrum lies in the whole "drop the temps by 5 degrees each week thing." When it's really cold outside, and they've been in a 90 degree brooder, I'm just not sure I see the progression from brooder to outdoor-ready. Anyone with experience in this area feel free to chime in!
