Quick and simple = perfect sometimes

I noticed my chicks roosting on the ground last night due to the stick roosts falling ,and feeling bad , made a roost out of scrap wood . It took me 2 nails and three pieces to construct and only 5 minutes tops of my time...they love it!!! I came out this am to find a happy chick line up smile.png

they look cozy and grumpy, I see a couple of them giving me the stink eye, did you wake them up?:lol:

I use something similar, they do enjoy it.
Chickens, muscovy ducks, turkeys, donkeys , goats, dogs, fish, parakeets, a parrot, and a cat.

Chickens and dogs are healing to the soul.

I brake for squirrels.

Some of my birds.

Lol I think I did wake them but ivy one of the barred cross cockerels stink eyes everyone 😂
