What is the best watering system that will not leak in my coop?

Chickens are fine I'm sure but not sure about ducks, maybe ask on the duck forum?

We ended up drilling a hole in the coop wall and running the cord through to the outlet. The waterer inside is going away.

It rarely gets to the single digits so the hens will probably be out every day. The (covered) run is pretty well protected. We added a clear vinyl tarp to block the wind and blowing snow.
