My friend and I have set 9 eggs in our DIY styro bator and miraculously they have all survived (at day 14 candling) and we are getting our first pips RIGHT NOW!! This little guy (or gal) rolled herself upright (air sac facing up thankfully) between two other eggs! She has pipped as you can see but I worry that her breaking out of the shell is going to be harder because of the position. To move or not to move?! HELP!

Don't touch it, don't open the bator!

Chicks turn themselves around in the egg as the unzip themselves and changing the orientation of eggs isn't a good idea. Naturally the eggs will roll about on occasion but it's best to just let nature take it's course even though it is very difficult to just sit back and watch!
