Just got 6 chickens 2 red star 2 island reds and 2 buffs I am not sure if a few are sick they keep taking naps one especially see photo

There is no photo attached, but of you believe they might be sick, you might want to try posting on the emergencies forum to see if anyone there can help you. If you include as many details as you can, including pictures, it usually helps to get you the best information. Good luck!

My chickens nap all the time but if you are still worried try giving them some scrambled eggs for a week or two as it is a natural medicine and add a little ACV to their water ....
 
How old are your birds, are they very young chicks? If so they nap often - do you make sure they eat , drink & poop - and are active when they aren't sleeping?

Knowing the age of your girls would be helpful; as drumstick diva pointed out young chicks do nap quite a bit. Are they eating, drinking and pooping ok? When they are awake are they running around and steady on their feet?
