We had to get rid of our chickens because City Of Worcester said " Chickens are not pet, they are wild animals" first I though we had to get rid of our rooster but we called and ask them and they said " We have to get rid of our chickens and the coop because they are not allow" one time animal control showed up and just told us " Get the rooster and rehome it because of people

and its heart breaking because CHICKENS ARE PETS!!! Oh and they allow turkeys and other wild life birds BUT NOT CHICKENS!!!! I searched it up and it said the law was made by vote and they are going to vote and this year! My chickens are like dogs with feather fun to watch and now we have to rehome it and the question is " Why would they even sell chickens here if they are illegal?!?!?" A lot of state allow chickens but WHY NOT WORCESTER and my chickens were calm friendly

sorry I can't go on im too sad to tell anymore....

Beautiful chickens. Are you looking to sell or simply rehome them? I'll check on some possible homes for them, but there are always excess chickens. What do you think about butchering them if you cannot find them a home? I would try to get a petition signed by the people you know and your neighborhood, asking the city council for an allowance to keep chickens. It may just work, but the petition must be well-worded, spelled correctly with proper grammar, and must bring up specific points. I'm sure you can do this if you try. Good luck, I will get back to you on possible homes. How many hens and roosters do you have?

Laying hens or pullets are usually easy to rehome. Roosters are a different story.
