We had a light freeze the other day and a few mornings of frost since. Our horizontal water nipples started dripping after the freeze and won't quit. I tapped each one to try to get it to quit. I cleaned the bucket real well. I got them off eBay from a user here that was recommended by several people here. Is it nor,al they leak when it is cold? How can I get them to quit? Thanks.

You probably need to back flush them. Pull them off, put them under a water flow pushing in on the pin to try to clear any obstruction to the seal.
If using them in freezing conditions, you need to heat the water. They work much better than vertical nipples in freezing conditions but neither work without heating the water.
