Okay so I have 2 cayuga ducks: 1 male, 1 female they have overall 17 eggs right now and she isn't sitting on them at all. This is her first batch and started laying about late fall. It's been cold here so I'm not sure what to do. Will she ever sit on them!?

If you have an incubator or broody chickens I'd go that route. 17 eggs is too many for most hens to brood successfully. And yes, as your hen matures further she may become broody.
