Hey guys! I did a quick search but didn't see any recent recipe threads for kitchenaid mixers and figured I'd start another instead of resurrecting one!

My mom got a mixer for Christmas and I'm home on break for a while so I would like to try using it. I found a focaccia recipe I think I'm going to try today but do you guys have any favorite recipes you make with yours?

Here's the finished product! It was a little more dense than other focaccia breads I've had, but it was still delicious!

Do a search under Gump Bread, here on BYC. I forgot who the original poster was, but it's been around for awhile. It's super easy, delicious, and is very
easy to add stuff too. It very versatile and can be made into rolls, cinnamon rolls or a french bread type. It's a free form bread, meaning you do not need to use
bread pans. Check it out.
