Is there such thing for chicken to have socks. I notice my chickens feet get red from the cold. Is that normal?

Never seen chicken socks, but I know there are dog booties. That is probably where you got the Idea.
Best thing for your chickens feet is dry surface for then to walk on. The roost is also important for cold weather tolerance.
A wider board like a 2x4 placed flat side up is better than one placed the 2 inch side up. Chickens sit on their feet and their body keep their feet warm. Feathers keep warmth in, close to chickens body.
Not sure where your location is, ( we only need to know general area, not YOUR ADDRESS) , But in cold areas during winter it is good to feed your chickens cracked corn.. It provides needed calories that easily produce body heat.
Wishing you best ....

Make sure the bedding on the floor of their house is a few inches thick. That will help keep their feet warmer.

x2 on the previous posts regarding roosts and bedding. And if you're still interested in chicken socks, here you go (just kidding):

You can tack a towel to their roost, so their feet will be warmer at night. Have you checked their feet for other causes, like mites, etc.
