Pointy end up

You can try it. Eggs can be pretty tough and some might actually make it. But don’t count on it being many, if any.

Some people have posted on their results when they do that, normally by accident. What normally happens is that the chick will often fully develop in the egg but since the air cell is not properly placed the chick can’t find the air cell (if it is still intact) so it dies from drowning when it tries to internal pip.

I have an uneasy suspicion on why you are asking this. If you are in that position I’d turn the eggs the right way up and continue, hoping for something good.

Good luck!

There are definitely a few still alive because i can see the movement. I just dont know whether to leave them alone or turn them??

Agreed, they should be in lockdown if they are chicken eggs, but leaving them pointy end down won't do them much good! I'd much rather open the incubator to flip them then leave them all upside down. But thats just me :)
