So I wanted to do a couple broad-breasted turkeys for butcher this year. Ive never ate home grown turkey but... is it good? How does it taste? Also what is the average life span of a Broad breasted turkey? i heard its short. One more thing, when do you butcher a BB? What age? Thanks!
