rooster attacked rooster, Help!

Does anyone have any ideas about how to separate a injured/outcast chicken? I could give it to my neighbor across the street, he has an empty chicken coop form when he had chickens (he actually got my last angry rooster, the barred rock.) Should I apply some wound spray to his head? I got it from tsc. Does the Pick-no-more grow back feathers quicker? Thanks everyone for all the help, I feel really bad for him.

It makes it so they don't want to pick the feathers I don't think they grow their feathers grow back any faster though.
