This one i think is a boy, based on his colouring, i think he's a black duckwing, he has a white head spot….

The one with the white head spot is barred. Your birds are too young to sex by feathering. Both males and females will have the same feather shape until about 10 to 12 weeks. That's when those male specific feathers start developing and start to become visible.Thanks Birdrain92, here's the 2 that weren't very good...
