anyone know what color this chick may be when grown? the father is a barred rock, mother is a asian blue ( black) all the chicks should be black, but this one chick came out this color?

I am just confused as to why this chick came out this color. It should not be possible with the two breeds, both breeds have black chicks.
Sometimes an unusual pairing can throw up recessive traits you would never usually see.
My guess is your Asian blue is carrying Wheaten. It happens in black copper Marans lines quite a bit, two black birds throw a wheaten chick like that.
