Coccidiosis Corid Treatment Complete and chicken still has her head down

This chicken is almost 3 months old, when I got her out of my friends basement we thought she was just depressed and the next day I came home and found her laying on her side with her legs out, looking kinda dead, but she wasn't. Wasn't sure what it was at that point. A vet tech suggested amoxicillin and water, which luckily she ate. Found out from some awesome people on here that she was showing signs of coccidiosis. Got the liquid Corid treatment and have been giving it to both chickens for the last 7 days. The almost dead one is significantly better, eating more on her own, but she still can't lift her head. Should I continue with the Corid or give a 2 week break and then retreat? I'm planning on following the Corid with probiotics and electro lights. I read that you should wait till after you treat the chickens twice with in a 2 week interval, 4-5 days at a time, then do the probiotics and electro lights bc it will screw up the Corid. I've been seeing such improvement with the Corid that I'm afraid to stop it. When should I expect to see her lift her head again, if ever??? Detailed instructions/advice is much appreciated

7 days at a treatment dosage was way too long (it's just 3 days).

Corid blocks B1 vitamin production, you need to discontinue it's use and give the chicks a vitamin supplement (not electrolytes) and a probiotic.

This is not true of Corid. It is to be used for 5-7 days. Almost any poultry vitamin contains electrolytes also. by all means do as you wish but anything longer then 3 days at treatment dosage is simply causing unnecessary vitamin deficiency which will not be replaced by electrolytes (these are minerals such as potassium and salt), they need a vitamin supplement, particularly one containing B1
