What do you do when your hens are fighting?

So I have two hens that are trying to kill each other!? One pecked the other till she took her beak off! And I put up the one that was beat up and as soon as I let her out she went after the other one! Suggestions?
 
Hi and welcome to BYC - sorry that its not on the happiest of notes that you have made your first post. Seems like you have some pretty grumpy chickens but in my humble opinion, the advice given is the path i would follow - in fact I'd get rid of both and start again.
